Roughly chop the pineapple. Remove the hard part inside and the shell. Put the pieces in the blender along with the cranberries. Add the coconut milk and mix.
When the smoothie starts to get creamy, add the basil and mix briefly. Then, depending on your taste, dilute with water.
For the decoration, put 1 piece of pineapple and 2 leaves of the pineapple on a toothpick and place on the edge of the glass. Place a few cranberries on top of the smoothie.
