The water and pulp should be as cold as possible. Instead of water, crushed ice can be used.
Weigh the fresh pulp of the peeled pineapple and avocado and place in a blender. Add all remaining ingredients, puree for 1 minute at the highest level and season again with salt, chili powder, sugar and citric acid.
Pour the lassi into sufficiently large glasses, garnish and serve with a straw and long teaspoon.
