Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into pieces, fry in olive oil and season with vegetable stock powder. Add mango pieces, drained pineapple, ginger, honey and, in between, always spoonfuls of coconut milk and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Season with curry powder. Finally add the banana slices.
  2. Rice goes very well with it.
