• 1 gr. Tin / n pineapple, cut into pieces
• 1 packet cream cheese
• 250 g quark
• 1 cup cream
• some pineapple juice
• Sugar, ad libitum
• Brittle

Instructions

1. Drain the pineapple pieces in a colander and collect the juice. Mix the quark, cream cheese and cream until lumpy. Possibly add some of the pineapple juice to create a creamy consistency. Add sugar to taste and stir in the pineapple pieces.
2. Fill into bowls and sprinkle with brittle.
