Whip the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener.
Cover the bottom of each of the 2 dessert glasses with pieces of pineapple. Put about 2 teaspoons of red jam or jelly on top of the pineapple. I really like to use raspberry jam because the taste goes very well with pineapple. Put the whipped cream on the jam fruits. On top, add another 2 to 3 pieces of pineapple to the garnish and, if you want, a dollop of jam again.
