Ingredients

• 1 small Can / s pineapple in pieces
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• 2 teaspoons jam or jelly, red, e.g. b. raspberry jam

Instructions

1. Whip the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener.
2. Cover the bottom of each of the 2 dessert glasses with pieces of pineapple. Put about 2 teaspoons of red jam or jelly on top of the pineapple. I really like to use raspberry jam because the taste goes very well with pineapple. Put the whipped cream on the jam fruits. On top, add another 2 to 3 pieces of pineapple to the garnish and, if you want, a dollop of jam again.
3. It can be served immediately.
