Instructions

  1. Mix the curdled milk with the crème fraîche and the sugar until smooth.
  2. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan without fat and then chop. Caramelize the sugar in the water and then turn the pineapple and cashews in it.
  3. First pour the cream into glasses, then add the pineapple and cashews. If you like, you can garnish with lemon balm or mint.
