Quarter, peel and cut the pineapple into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana. Halve the blood orange and squeeze out the juice. If you want to decorate the glasses, you should put some pieces of fruit aside beforehand.
Puree the pineapple pieces, banana, orange juice, kefir and raisins. Season to taste with honey and cinnamon. Fill into tall glasses and enjoy as breakfast or a healthy drink in between.
