Instructions

  1. Puree half of the pineapple (works fine with a hand blender), cut the other half into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and let stand for approx. 2 - 3 hours.
  2. Then bring to the boil and cook vigorously for about 5 minutes. Immediately pour into hot glasses and close.
