Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into fine rings, peel the apples and chop them into pieces, drain the pineapple without juice and celery and rinse. Mix everything carefully and pour the marinade of mayonnaise, yoghurt, a little pineapple juice, seasoned with pepper, salt and sugar over it. Mix well and let it steep for several hours.
  2. Sufficient as a side dish for 4-5 people.
