Instructions

  1. Clean the leek and peel the red onion, cut both into rings. Cut the meat sausage into slices. Fry everything with the drained pineapple in hot oil. Deglaze with the stock and sauté briefly. Stir in salt, pepper and sambal oelek. Arrange and dust with curry powder.
