• Biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
• Advocaat
• 1 cup cream
• 1 sachet vanilla sugar
• Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, quark and sugar together. Drain the juice from the pineapple pieces and add to the mixture and pour everything into a bowl. Place the amarettini close on top and pour eggnog.
2. Sweeten and whip the cream and distribute on top. Garnish with cocoa powder.
