• 250 g mascarpone
• 125 g quark
• 1 can pineapple
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• Biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
• Eggnog
• 1 cup cream
• 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
• 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, quark and sugar together. Drain the juice from the pineapple pieces and add to the mixture and pour everything into a bowl.
2. Place the amarettini close on top and pour eggnog. Whip the cream, sweeten it and spread it on top. Garnish with cocoa powder.
