Instructions

  1. Prepare a dough from the minced meat, eggs, crushed green pepper, salt, oat flakes, diced onion and grated ginger and form 8 meatballs from it. Press a few small pieces of pineapple into each meatball. Fry the meatballs vigorously on both sides in oil, then fry them over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Take the meatballs out of the pan.
  3. Braise the bean sprouts in the frying fat. Deglaze with 100 ml of water and, if available, with 1/8 l of pineapple juice. Add the remaining pineapple pieces. Season with a little soy sauce and pepper.
  4. Add the cornstarch mixed with water and bind the vegetables with it. Arrange meatballs and vegetables on plates.
  5. Boiled potatoes taste good with it.
