Mix the minced meat with a dash of soy sauce and place in the refrigerator. Cut the carrots and onions into small cubes. Meanwhile, prepare the rice or pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Fry the mince in a wok with three tablespoons each of oil and soy sauce. Stir in three tablespoons of chili sauce. Remove the meat and set it aside. Fry the carrots in a little oil until translucent, add onion cubes and bean sprouts. Fry everything vigorously and season with salt and plenty of curry powder. Add the coconut milk and simmer on a low level for approx. 10 minutes.
Stir in pineapple and meat, add a little pineapple juice from the can and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, mix with the rice or pasta.
