Instructions

  1. Peel the pineapple, quarter it lengthways and cut out the stalk.
  2. Finely slice the pineapple quarters with a vegetable slicer and place in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the pineapple slices with the sugar and the mint leaves cut into fine strips.
  4. Stir the yogurt once vigorously and beat until creamy, then serve with the marinated pineapple slices.
