Heat the butter in a pan or an ovenproof casserole dish and let 4 tablespoons of sugar caramelize in it. Deglaze with pineapple juice and cook. Add the pineapple pieces and raisins and toss briefly. If you have worked in the pan, the fruit and pasta are now placed in a baking dish and mixed well. When you have worked in the baking dish, simply mix in the pasta.
Whisk the cream with the eggs and vanilla sugar vigorously and pour over the pasta.
Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove, mix the ½ cup sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the casserole as desired.
