Halve the strawberries and soak them in a little white wine with a little sugar.
Cut the peaches into wedges and the pineapple slices into small pieces. Place the peach wedges and the pineapple pieces in the rest of the white wine. Then add the strawberries. Let the fruit mixture steep in the refrigerator for another two to three hours. Only fill up with cold sparkling wine before serving. *Cheers*
