Instructions

1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and 5 teaspoons whipped cream until stiff. Beat the sugar, egg yolk and pineapple juice to a cream, mix with the quark, sour cream and lemon juice, add the rest of the cream and stir. Mix in the pineapple pieces and whipped cream. Decorate with pieces of pineapple.
