- Mix the low-fat quark, yoghurt, sugar, desiccated coconut and rum together well.
- Cut the pineapple into rings, carefully separate the edge and remove the stalk. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and fold into the mass.
- Then - if you like - place a few pieces of pineapple on top of the quark for decoration and serve sprinkled with desiccated coconut.
