Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, yoghurt, sugar, desiccated coconut and rum together well.
  2. Cut the pineapple into rings, carefully separate the edge and remove the stalk. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and fold into the mass.
  3. Then - if you like - place a few pieces of pineapple on top of the quark for decoration and serve sprinkled with desiccated coconut.
