Instructions

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes, pour the rum over it and let it steep in the fridge overnight.
  2. Just before serving, wash, clean and quarter the strawberries, add to the pineapple pieces in the rum, pour over sparkling wine and season with sweetener. Serve ice cold.
