Instructions

  1. First beat the eggs with the sugar, add the vanilla sugar and butter. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. Now divide the dough into 2 parts. Under one dough add the cocoa, walnuts and cinnamon. Put the pineapple pieces under the other half. Now alternately fill the dough into a well-greased bundt cake pan or into a silicone pan rinsed with water. Bake at 175 - 200 ºC for one hour, remove from the oven, allow to cool for about 20 minutes and then carefully turn over.
  3. The cake is delicious. Especially if it has been through for 1-2 days.
