Pita with Meat Filling Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add jalapenos and cucumber to a bowl, stir, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil, add the minced pork, and cook, stirring and breaking the lumps of a wooden spoon until pink, about 5-7 minutes. Add horseradish, ginger, and 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet.
  4. Put the meat filling and cucumber salad in 4 pits and serve immediately.
