  1. For the dough, knead the flour, oil, the beaten egg and the lukewarm water into a dough and roll it out with a rolling pin on a kitchen towel sprinkled with a little flour (recommended).
  2. For the filling, cut the potatoes into small cubes and fry them, sauté the leek with the mushrooms and add to the potatoes. Then chop some parsley and add to the filling with the breadcrumbs, then season with salt and Vegeta to taste.
  3. Melt some butter in a pan and brush the surface of the dough with it. Set aside some of the melted butter, it will still be needed.
  4. Put the filling on 1/3 of the batter. Use the kitchen towel to roll it up into a kind of swirl roll.
  5. Then place the roll on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with the remaining melted butter.
  6. Bake the pita in the oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
