Instructions

  1. Grate the cheese. Cut the ham, salami and the onion into small cubes. Mix the tomatoes with a little pizza seasoning.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into six squares. Every square makes you think of a diagonal as if it were cut in half into two triangles. One triangle is filled, the second is then folded over as a lid.
  3. Now first spread a little more than a teaspoon of tomato strains on each square on a triangle. Leave a margin of at least 1 cm on the outside. Spread the ham, salami, onion and some cheese on top of the tomatoes, then drizzle the rest of the tomatoes on top. Fold the left half over the filling and glue the edges together very well so that no filling can run out.
  4. Sprinkle the bags with the remaining cheese, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at at least 200 ° C for about 15 minutes until the bags are golden brown.
  5. The bags taste hot or cold, and the filling can of course be varied as desired.
