Instructions

  1. For a 20 springform pan.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough, then place the bottom of the springform pan and cut out three pizza bases all around with a sharp knife. Bake the bases briefly for 5 - 7 minutes at 200 ° C, convection 180 ° C. This means they do not give way later.
  3. Shape the remaining dough into a ball, which is rolled out into a long strand on a floured work surface with a rolling pin. Its width should correspond approximately to the height of the springform pan. Then use it to line the inner edge of the lightly greased springform pan.
