Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a large bowl, make a well, crumble in the yeast and add the water. Add honey, salt and oil, mix everything well and work into a smooth dough. Then knead the dough vigorously with your hands on a floured work surface for about 5 minutes and cover it and leave it to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  2. For the topping, cut the chicken breast into narrow strips, sear them in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Drain the corn and cut the pepper into fine strips. Finally, dice half a ball of mozzarella.
  3. Knead the dough well again, roll out and line a baking sheet with it. Spread the barbecue sauce on the batter and top with the chicken breast, corn and bell pepper. Sprinkle the Gouda and the mozzarella on the topping, if you like, you can sprinkle some thyme over the cheese, it tastes very good too.
  4. Put the pizza in the preheated oven and bake at 200 ° C for 25 to 30 minutes. However, I never look at the clock, that`s just a guideline, the pizza is ready for me when it turns brown on the edge.
