Example 1: 1 can of peeled tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 2 teaspoons of oregano, 1 teaspoon. Basil, salt, pepper, 300 g mozzarella, 50 g parmesan, tomatoes, salami slices, olives, capers, anchovy rolls and 4 tablespoon oil.
Example 2: 300 g Emmentaler cheese, 125 g salami, 1-2 tomatoes, 1 teaspoon oregano, salt, a small glass of filled olives, 5 anchovy fillets, 2 tablespoons oil.
Example 3: 1 can of tuna, 1 can of peeled tomatoes, 2 green peppers, 2 tablespoons of capers, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 140 g of mozzarella, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 12 black olives, pepper.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake on the lowest rack for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the topping.
