For the topping, first cut the meat into slices, fry until crispy and let it cool. For the sauce, mix the sour cream, yoghurt, onion, curry, curry sauce, pepper, salt and sugar.
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and spread the curry sauce on top. Spread the meat on top as well and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
