Put the flour with a little salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour the oil and lukewarm water into the well, crumble the yeast into it. Knead into a smooth yeast dough with your hands and let rest for 10 minutes. Then roll out thinly on a baking sheet.
Grate the cheese and cut the ham into bite-sized pieces. Mix the grated Gruyere with a little creme fraiche and a little sweet cream. The mass shouldn`t be too runny. Season with salt, pepper and, if you like, a little garlic. It should be noted that the cheese and ham can also be quite spicy.
Spread the cheese mixture on the dough, then top with the ham. Leave a small border all around. Sprinkle evenly with a little honey (approx. 1-2 tablespoons).
Bake at 225 ° for about 20-25 minutes, until the edge is crispy and the cheese is golden brown.
The topping can be supplemented with vegetables (e.g. paprika) or figs.
The amount makes a sheet of pizza. If you like, you can let the dough rise for more than 10 minutes.
If you want to go really quickly, you can also use ready-made pizza dough.
