Put the pizza sauce in the baking dish as a second layer. If you don`t have a pizza sauce, you can also create your own sauce using tomato and spices.
The covering, e.g., Cut the salami, onions, ham, mushrooms and peppers into small pieces and place in the baking dish with the rest of the mozzarella.
Bake at 200 ° top and bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes until a nice cheese crust has formed, it shouldn`t be too moist anymore.
