Mix flour with salt. Mix the yeast with the sugar and oil in a cup or small bowl. Add to the flour and salt mixture. Add the mineral water and knead everything into a dough with the dough hook of the mixer or the food processor. Let rise for about 30 minutes (preferably in a plastic bowl with a lid).
After leaving, roll out into four round pizzas and cover as desired. Bake until crispy at the highest possible heat (10 - 20 minutes depending on the oven temperature).
The pizza dough becomes very loose thanks to the mineral water.
