Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in 200 ml of cold water and place in a bowl. Now gradually add the flour, adding salt and sugar in between. Depending on the consistency of the dough, add the remaining 100 ml of cold water. Finally add the oil and knead until you have a smooth, homogeneous dough. Now cover the dough on a kitchen board or worktop with a damp cloth and let it rest for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Then divide the dough into 225 g pieces and shape into round pizza dough pieces. Place the dough pieces on a kitchen board covered with a damp cloth in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours and leave to rest.
  3. After the dough has rested for at least 12 hours, shape it by hand or alternatively shape it into a thin pizza crust with a rolling pin and top it as you like.
  4. The best way to make a pizza is to place it on a pizza stone on top / bottom heat of the oven in approx. 5 - 7 minutes, depending on the number of degrees.
