Instructions

  1. Soak the chia seeds in a bowl with warm water for 15 minutes. Stir every now and then. A jelly forms which has a sticky consistency.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan oven. Add the flax seeds, the salt and optionally oregano to the chia jelly and stir well. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Lay out baking paper on a flat surface and pour the mixture onto it with a spoon. Place the cling film over it. Roll out the mixture thinly and evenly on the baking paper with a rolling pin until about 3/4 of the baking paper is covered.
  4. Place the baking paper with the rolled out dough on a baking sheet in the preheated oven and prebake for 6 minutes. Remove the baking sheet. Place the dough upside down on a surface with the parchment paper and carefully peel off the parchment paper. Turn the dough over and place it back on the baking paper.
  5. The dough as you like z. Cover with tomato, oregano, salt and pepper, cheese and topping of your choice. Brush the edges as well. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
