Mix 200 ml of lukewarm water with the sugar and dissolve the yeast in it. Mix the flour with salt, add the sourdough and mix well with the yeast water. Only now add the olive oil and knead well for about 10 minutes, preferably in the food processor.
If necessary, add the remaining water.
Let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
Cover as desired and bake in the preheated oven in the upper third at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes.
The dough rises wonderfully and is enough for a baking sheet.
