Knead the ingredients for the dough and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, finely dice any number of cloves of garlic (I cover almost the entire area of the pizza), dice the onions as well, and chop peppers and mushrooms into small pieces. Mix the oil with tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Roll out the finished dough and place it on a baking sheet (I use a plum cake baking pan). Spread the oil mixture evenly on the dough with a pastry brush, then cover with the garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper and onions.
Now season the pizza vigorously with salt, pepper, herbs and harissa and bake at 250 ° C for about 10-15 minutes. The dough is to be regarded as a basic dough and can of course be topped with all sorts of vegetables.
