Instructions

  1. For the yeast dough, mix the dry yeast, flour and salt thoroughly. Gradually add lukewarm water so that you can knead an elastic dough out of it. Then cover the whole thing and let it rest in a warm place for about 2 - 3 hours so that the dough can double its volume.
  2. In the meantime you can prepare the topping. To do this, cut the boiled ham into small slices and the onions into rings. First cut the Harz cheese into small pieces and then chop it very finely with the kitchen knife so that it becomes really crumbly. Drain the pineapple pieces and set them aside.
  3. For the sauce, simply mix the oregano and curry powder with the tomatoes and then add salt.
  4. When the resting time is over, divide the dough into four parts (1 piece of dough is roughly equivalent to a medium-sized pizza). You now take a piece of dough and roll it out on a floured surface. Then you put the dough on a baking sheet prepared with baking paper and shape the edge. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
  5. Next, put some tomato sauce on each pizza, distribute it and top it with the ham, onion rings and pineapple (of course you can also use other ingredients). Finally, just distribute the Harz cheese evenly on top.
  6. Each pizza is then baked individually for about 10 - 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 275 ° C (top / bottom heat).
