First, fry the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and mix with the tomato sauce from the pizza pack. Alternatively, you can mix a packet of tomato strains with a little tomato paste.
Cut four rectangles of the same size from the pizza dough and shape them into boats. Then brush with the crème fraîche, sprinkle or place the cheese on top, top with corn or other ingredients, depending on your taste, and top with the minced meat tomato sauce.
Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
