Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet until cooked through. Then pour off the pasta water and briefly rinse in cold water. Meanwhile, dice or grate the mozzarella. Mix 125 g mozzarella with the eggs and milk.
  2. Grease a 24 cm pan and add the cooked pasta. Pour the cheese-milk mixture over the pasta and bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top and bottom heat.
  3. For the tomato sauce, dice the onion, garlic and paprika. Heat some olive oil in a pan and steam the onions until translucent. Add the peppers and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Then stir in the tomatoes and spices and let simmer for a few minutes. The tomatoes should then be nice and mushy. Season again to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  5. Pour the tomato sauce over the pre-baked noodles and distribute well. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and, if necessary, spread the pizza topping on top.
