For the cake bases, roll out two of the three pizza doughs. Place the base of the springform pan on top and cut 4 round bases out of the dough with a knife.
Pre-bake the bases at 200 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes until they are crispy.
In the meantime prepare the tomato sauce. To do this, finely puree the chopped tomatoes together with garlic, basil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Cut the ham into strips, the peppers into cubes and the mushrooms into slices.
Cut the third pizza dough into strips as wide as the edge of the springform pan.
Line the springform pan with baking paper and line the edge with the strips of dough.
Put the first cake base in the springform pan and brush with the sauce. Spread some of the remaining ingredients on the cake base and place the second base on top. Repeat everything until all 4 bases are in the springform pan and the ingredients have been used up.
Bake the pizza cake at 165 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
