Knead the flour, yeast, warm water, salt and olive oil with a mixer. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water, if the dough is too wet, add a little more flour.
Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and place on two large, square baking sheets lined (or greased) with baking paper. Now spread the tomato sauce on it, season with salt, pepper and garlic and now put the grated cheese on it.
Now top the pizza with the ham, mushrooms, salami and diced paprika. There are no limits for a topping. I often put cubes of sheep`s cheese or olives on top, as everyone likes.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
