Put all the ingredients in a large container in sequence, season with the pizza spice or an Italian spice mixture as desired and then knead. This works best if you first stir them with a whisk and knead the rest with your hands. When the dough resembles a lump, shape balls by hand and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. When the pizza rolls are golden brown and can no longer be easily pressed down, they are done.
Note: I always use 150g ham and salami, but you can do this as you like.
