Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ top / bottom heat.
  2. Cut the salami and feta into very small cubes and mix them with the cream cheese and frozen herbs and season with pepper. Salt is not necessary as the salami and feta are already salty.
  3. Take the pizza dough out of the package and lay it in front of you in landscape format and distribute the mixture (it is slightly crumbly) evenly on top. Leave about a thumb`s width at the top so that the roll can be closed properly later. Now roll up the dough relatively tightly away from you, press the end down firmly and remove the paper. Place the roll on a large cutting board. Then cut the roll into 1 cm wide pieces with a sharp, large kitchen knife and place it piece by piece with the knife on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. A bit (1 - 2 cm) of space should be left to prevent the pizza rolls from sticking together later.
  4. Now put the pizza rolls on the middle rack in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. The baking time can vary depending on the type of oven. They are ready when they are golden brown and crispy, while the cream cheese is still soft.
  6. This recipe makes about 40 pieces.
