Put milk, sugar, yeast in a mixing bowl, let stand for 5 minutes. Now pour in the oil while stirring, add the flour and salt and knead into a firm dough. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Grease and flour the baking sheet. Roll out the dough and place on the tray. Let rise for 5 minutes and prick with a fork. Spread the tomato puree on top (tip: only up to the edge), spread the herbs on top. Spread some cheese on top. Spread the salami, onion, mushrooms and peppers on top. Finally, distribute the rest of the cheese on the pizza.
Bake at 180 degrees fan-assisted or 225 degrees top / bottom heat for 20 minutes.
