Instructions

  1. Soak the porcini mushrooms according to the instructions. Season the veal schnitzel with salt and pepper. Mix the flour and oregano. Turn the schnitzel in it and fry in the hot olive oil on both sides for about 2 minutes. Halve the garlic cloves and fry them. Mix the ketchup, porcini mushrooms and 1 teaspoon oregano and brush the schnitzel with it. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and cover the schnitzel with it. Close the pan so that the cheese melts. Garnish with a few olives when serving
