Peel and dice the onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Braise both together in a saucepan. Then add sugar and caramelize. Then add the minced meat and fry everything well.
Add the strained tomatoes, vegetable stock, cream and processed cheese and stir until the cheese has melted. Now add the spices and let everything simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, drain the corn, wash and dice the peppers, clean and slice the mushrooms. Add the vegetables to the pot and simmer again for 10 minutes.
