Crumble the yeast, dissolve in 200 ml of lukewarm water. Knead until smooth with the flour, salt and oil. Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven (electric stove 225 degrees, convection 200 degrees, gas level 4).
Thinly slice the mushrooms, dice the ham, drain the tuna and cut the onions into rings.
Knead the dough briefly, roll it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the spicy tomatoes on top.
Cover half with mushrooms and boiled ham, the other half with tuna, onions and olives. Spread the grated cheese on the pizza and bake the pizza in the hot oven for 20 minutes.
