Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into strips and then divide the strips into thirds. Cut the onions into rings. Drain the tuna well, maybe squeeze it out lightly
  2. Prepare the pizza dough (according to the recipe from Katja242 here in the database).
  3. Roll out on a round pizza tray. The specified amount is sufficient for a 28cm pizza tray.
  4. Brush with the desired amount of pizza sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on the pizza. It is important that it comes under the covering. With juicy toppings it prevents soup and the dough does not become mushy but nice and crispy.
  6. Spread the tuna on the cheese, then top with the pepper pieces and finally with the onion rings. If you like, you can also sprinkle some cheese over it at the end.
  7. Sprinkle with a little pizza spice or season with oregano and a little pepper.
  8. Put in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes (until the dough is crispy) at 250 ° C top / bottom heat.
  9. The important thing is to season the pizza, otherwise, in my opinion, it will taste too bland. The tuna and peppers have too little flavor. It tastes like tuna without any spices, but somehow something is missing. What is also very tasty, put a few slices of pepperoni sausage under the tuna. They then season enough.
