Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out the finished pizza dough on it (Attention! With the amount given above, you shouldn`t roll out the dough as well, just leave it as it is. Even if it doesn`t fill the whole sheet and the whole thing a little bit looks).
Spread the cream cheese evenly on the dough. Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices and spread on the cream cheese. Cut the onion into rings and pour over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with dried basil if you like. Drain the mozzarella very well and slice it over the tomatoes. Since two packages of mozzarella still leave some space, you can now fill the gaps with grated cheese (highly recommended!)
Put in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes (follow the instructions on the package).
Then take the tray out of the oven and cut the finished pizza into pieces. Just before serving, tear the ham into pieces, distribute on the pizza pieces and grind fresh pepper over them.
The leftovers, if there are any, can also be eaten cold the day after.
