Instructions

  1. For the pizza dough, knead the flour, yeast, water, 2 tablespoons of oil and salt in a bowl for at least 5 minutes. Then let the dough rise for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Divide into two portions for two trays and roll out thinly on the trays. Or if you want it to be quick, just buy ready-made pizza dough and roll it out thinner.
  3. Mix the goat cheese and the sour cream and season with salt, pepper and herbs (everything that tastes good: chives, oregano, basil, thyme, etc.). Spread the mixture on the pizza bases.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 - 250 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Wash the green asparagus and fry together with the onions cut into rings in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until everything has a light brown color. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the asparagus and onion mixture on the goat cheese-coated bases. Then distribute the smoked salmon as well.
