Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the sugar, salt and dry yeast. Add lukewarm milk and work into a dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, then knead again vigorously and roll out thinly on a baking sheet; prick several times with a fork.
  2. Drain the pears well and cut into thin slices. Spread the sour cream thinly over the entire surface of the dough and cover it with pears.
  3. Cut the radicchio into fine strips and sprinkle over the pears as desired. Crumble the Gorgonzola over the pears and top with the parmesan in large wedges. Put a few drops of honey on top of everything.
  4. Bake the pizza at 160 degrees circulating air for about 20-25 minutes, drizzle with a little honey again and place a few parmesan wedges on top.
